4Remote Support

When you sign up to our service contract you will be given login credentials to our support services page. This will enable our engineers to access your systems remotely for fast diagnosis and problem solving. Also on the support page will be Microsoft news and patches available for download. You will also have access to our support forum where you can post problems and questions for our engineers.

3Onsite Support

Once a member of our support team has diagnosed the problem and has ascertained the fault cannot be sorted remotely then an engineer will be dispatched within the time allocated in your contract. If this is a severe issue then our engineers will be with you within 4 hours (Normally sooner - around 2 hours). 8 hour response will otherwise be issued to the engineers.

Our engineers are highly skilled, experienced and extremely helpfull at all times. If you would like to use our login facilities to book a service call then please call our support team to arrange an account for you. or email support@cube6it.co.uk. All our engineers are equipped with the latest laptops and mobile technology so they are all contactable whenever you have a question or problem.
